This is not fluff my friends, its a REAL invitation to change. And, better than an invitation, it is the step by step guide in HOW to change from where you are to where you desire to be.

I'm Deb d, your Host + Guide.

As a spiritual teacher and guide, I believe in being honest, telling you the real story, and not hiding the parts of me that were (are!) trying to figure it all out. We are all trying to figure it out.
